Inbound Call Handler


Our client is one of the UK's leading 24/365 outsourcing contact centre. Due to expanding business and a massive growth program they urgently require an inbound call centre advisor to join their stimulating and vibrant organization.


The role involves handling calls on a dedicated line dealing with various queries for which you will be fully trained.

As an Inbound Call Handler your tasks will include (but are not limited to):



  • Maintaining the key responsibility in dealing with customer's query

  • Liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business

  • Using high tech telephone software

  • Take ownership of your ongoing development of knowledge of products and services

  • Supporting the customers with their different needs and offering solutions


Being a successful Inbound Call Handler, you will possess:



  • Previous experience in customer service role

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to resolve customer's issues

  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to solve problems and decision making skills
